HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
If you are thinking or have already thought about your next trip, our trip designers can help. We can search for airfares, hotels, excursions, private transfers and much more.
We also offer your very own Travel Assistant (designers) who helps organise any trips, either for work or leisure with no commitments with our practical subscription plans.
Once you have subscribed to a plan, simply send us your trip details or ideas and let our designers do the work.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO USE THE SERVICE?
Anyone can browse and use our services. You can purchase any items from our online shop, make bookings for Flights, Hotels, Excursions, tours and much more regardless of subscription. If you would like to use our expert trip designer services then a price plan is required. We have plans to suit everyone, check them out here.
CAN I BOOK EXCURSIONS AND TOURS?
Yes! We have teamed up with leading tour companies across the world to be able to offer you all types of excursions, activities and tours. Simply use the form on the Experience page and sit back and relax and our experts will find it for you.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
If you book any Experiences (tours/excursions or hotels) then we will send you a secure link for you to make payments online. We accept all major credit cards. Payments will be charged in UK pounds.
DO YOU BOOK FLIGHTS AND HOTELS?
We currently do not book any flights for you*. We can however book your accommodation, transfers and excursions. For flight bookings we will provide you with all the details on where to book the fares provided, and even attach links directly to the supplier where possible. We will create the itinerary for you. For any hotel bookings, we will send you a safe and secure link to payment online.
*We are in the process to implement flight booking services, and once this is operational, we will be able to book your trip for you, just another way we are trying to enhance your experience with us.
THE WEBSITE DOESN'T DISPLAY PROPERLY ON MOBILE DEVICE

ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?
Our payment system is highly secure and protected. Our payment gateway is operated by and handled by Squareup Europe Ltd, is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (registered reference no. 900846) for the issuing of electronic money and provision of payment services.
I DON'T LIVE IN THE UK, CAN I STILL BECOME A MEMBER?
Yes, definitely. Our price plans are for everyone, wherever you are in the world. Please note that our price plans are based on UK Pounds so you will be charged the equivalent from you bank card issuer, plus any exchange rate fees.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Most items in our online store are sold through third parties and can be delivered within the UK. Items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class, but some items of higher value are shipped with Royal Mail tracking. The products are dispatched and shipped directly from the supplier, and you will receive an update once an order has been dispatched. Items are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
